PlantQao – QA Officer & Plant Information Directory

1. Already registered QAOs (check excel sheet provided in WhatsApp group). First forgot/reset password with your registered email. Login via email /password with verify OTP (OTP needs to be put whenever try to login). After successful login Edit your profile, (Update phone number for Phone OTP login) fill all editable fields whichever applicable. Always press UPDATE PROFILE button for any changes in profile field

2. New User/QAOs (Name not present in excel sheet ), Register/signup first, verify your email by clicking verification link received in your email inbox. After verification Login via email/password, again you need to put OTP code during login (strict rule provided for security purpose). After successful login contact Admin/VSarkar to approve your ID to enter member directory page. Edit your profile Data fully. Phone number input during registration will be your Phone OTP login. Always press UPDATE PROFILE button for any profile field update

3. Try to use email/password login instead of Phone OTP login.

4. Try to upload minimum size of (50-60kb) profile image or cover image after compressing both.

5. You may put MCC/BMC details whenever visit any MCC/BMC for future reference data

5. Continuous 3-4 failed login attempts may lock you for 30 minutes.

6. For any issue related to registration /login/profile update or any plant missing in dropdown list contact VSarkar

7. Any QAOs left GCMMF but still present in excel sheet, inform immediately.

Notes: 1. Provide full plant address, 2. Latitude,Longitude entry pattern will be: "26.878735,88.765654" 3. Plant Capacity with full details e.g. Milk =, Dahi =, Lassi=, Ice cream =, etc. 4. Upload FSSAI/BIS pdf, provide license expiry date, you may receive notification in mail before expiry.
